Leeson Park Residents will attend a production of “The King & I” on Wednesday 23rd May.
The peformance will take place in the Bord Gias Energy Theatre at 2.30pm.

Our new Director of Nursing in Killiney Grove Nursing Home, Tania Spelman, has organised a “Cheese & Wine Reception” on Wednesday, 2nd of May at 6.30pm.
The evening will be an opportunity for Tania to introduce herself and meet with families and friends of the residents of Killiney Grove and have an informal chat about her new role.
The event begins at 6.30pm and we would like to throw open our doors and welcome anyone who would like to visit the home. We would ask that you confirm your attendance with Sue Parker on 01 285 1855 or at sparker@silverstream.ie.

Killiney Grove & Leeson Park will host an Alzheimer’s Tea Day in aid of The Alzheimer Society on the 3rd of May at 3.30pm & 3pm respectively.
All are welcome & we will have a monster raffle with great prizes on the day!

Timeless Fashion, The Nursing Home Specialist Clothing Company will present a Fashion Show in Ratoath Manor Nursing Home on Saturday 28th April from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. The Fashion Show brings our residents a collection of stylish but practical clothing, from knitwear to nightwear, in their own home. All are welcome to attend.
CREATING A NEW OLD is a major global conference taking place from May 8th – 10th 2012 in Dublin, Ireland. It is one of the Irish flagship events celebrating EY2012: the EU Year of Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations.

Celebrate Age Action’s 20th Birthday in style with us! Bring your friends and colleagues for Afternoon Tea which will be packed with Show Band style entertainment. The event will be held in the Burlington Hotel and will be a fun event. A lovely traditional Afternoon Tea will be served, and every one will be entertained by some of the Showband Legends. There might even be an old fashioned sing along
Singing, Dancing and general good fun will be had.
The entertainment for the afternoon will be provided by everyone’s favorite – Sonny Knowles and Tony Kenny. They will perform some of their well known hits, many of which you will be able to sing along to. My Son, Any dream will do, Butterfly kisses from Tony and My child, When the Snow is on the Roses, and of course a wave from Sonny.
The Venue Theatre in Ratoath Village will be holding a Spring Fashion Show in aid of The Meath Branch of Multiple Sclerosis on Saturday 31st March at 8pm.
The event will showcase new lines from Blondelles, La-Trenz, McGeever Menswear, Chic Unique & The Designer Circle. Entertainment on the night will be provided by Eurovision winner, Johnny Logan plus many more.

Nenagh Manor Residents will be holding a sale on Tuesday 3rd April in the home. The residents will be selling goods that they have hand crafted and all of the proceeds will go to the North Tipperary Hospice.
